Agents and Saved Roles
After signing in as an administrator, open Team and Access. Add an Agent with an individual name, username, extension, and saved role. This installation has no unassigned extensions, so another Agent cannot be added from this screen yet. Our training Agent Alex already exists. Open Standard Agent to review its nine access points, then confirm the assignment. Credential issuance replaces temporary passwords, so do not repeat it just to view an account.
