Nevada Empire Welcome to Nevada Empire. This walkthrough follows our isolated training setup in Empire Connections, using fictional contacts and the updated charcoal, navy, and gold interface. It shows the configuration and workflows available in this installation. Account creation and the live phone test were completed earlier; this cut reviews the saved setup. Sign In The Nevada Empire sign-in screen welcomes you to Empire O S. Enter your individual username and password, then choose Sign in. Credentials are kept out of this recording. The training Agent account signs in successfully and opens its assigned workspace. Agents and Saved Roles After signing in as an administrator, open Team and Access. Add an Agent with an individual name, username, extension, and saved role. This installation has no unassigned extensions, so another Agent cannot be added from this screen yet. Our training Agent Alex already exists. Open Standard Agent to review its nine access points, then confirm the assignment. Credential issuance replaces temporary passwords, so do not repeat it just to view an account. Phone Controls Open Telephony to review phone controls, destination calling hours, and campaign policy. The training campaign is saved in Preview mode, with its policy active and oldest eligible lead first. Calling windows are checked in the customer’s local time, and unknown time zones are blocked. The browser test rang the authorized test phone and audio was confirmed in both directions. API-driven number management still requires the carrier credential, and general outbound routing is not fully configured. Create a Playlist Playlist Creator organizes three steps: name and dialing mode, lead lists and filters, then team assignment and cadence. Our saved training playlist has one imported list and Alex assigned. Preview requires the Agent to review a contact before calling. Readiness shows the configuration is ready, while eligible inventory can change with reservations, dispositions, and calling hours. A readiness score is not a guarantee of completed phone provisioning. Upload a CSV Start with Upload Lead List. This example uses three fictional contacts. Choose the training playlist, name the list, record its source and cost, and select the CSV. Review the detected columns. Here, Company is mapped to Company name, while phone, email, city, state, and time zone are already recognized. Review the Import The review shows three rows and ten mapped columns. Nothing has been imported yet. The final step requires the company’s screening verification and electronic signature. The administrator completes that verification before submitting the import. Our three training records were subsequently imported successfully, with zero duplicates and zero invalid rows. Preview Lead Review In the Agent Command Center, select the training campaign and Start Preview Session. Review Next Lead loads Jordan’s fictional contact record. Check the company, location, time zone, and customer details before choosing to call. These fictional numbers are never dialed. The separate authorized phone test established two-way audio; this screen capture demonstrates the lead-review workflow. Save an Outcome Choose the outcome that accurately describes a real interaction. For this training exercise only, we save a simulated Not Interested disposition on the fictional record. It demonstrates saving an outcome and releasing the contact. It is not evidence that the person was called. All three sample records remain training data, separate from real customer outcomes. Products and Scripts Products and Scripts holds the approved content available to Agents. The training consultation and introduction are saved here alongside the company’s existing material. Use assignments to control who receives each item. Messaging remains marked setup pending in this installation. Some queue, forwarding, and IVR permissions also describe administration features that are not connected yet. What EmpireOS Includes Empire O S brings the dialer and connected business platforms together. Empire Core is included in both editions. Empirical adds Empire Growth, Empire R O I, Empire Client, and Empire Sync. Your company receives its own private environment. Empire Sync shares approved product improvements while keeping company leads, recordings, users, credentials, and settings separate. This is the bundle to compare, beyond the dialer seat alone. Compare Published Pricing Empire O S Standard is one hundred thirty-nine dollars per seat per month. Empirical is one hundred sixty-nine, with a four-seat minimum. Empirical includes calling usage, payment-processing fees, and support under the published plan. ReadyMode’s F A Q lists Starter from two hundred thirty-nine dollars and i Q from two hundred ninety-nine per license per month, with an annual discount. DialedIn displays sixty-nine dollars per user for five to forty-nine users, plus telecom, with lower software prices at larger team sizes. CallTools provides a tailored quote and includes nationwide calling. Compare the complete package, seat minimums, setup, usage, and support. Empire O S is not the lowest software-only price in every comparison. Private Data and EmpireSync The Empire O S difference is its connected platform bundle, private company installations, and Empire Sync. Those named Empire O S services are part of our offering. Competitors offer their own integrations and security capabilities; absence of our brand names does not mean they lack comparable features or privacy. Ask each vendor to quote the same scope. Use the written comparison for source links and cost details, and explore the individual tutorials to see the workflows.
