Create a Playlist
Playlist Creator organizes three steps: name and dialing mode, lead lists and filters, then team assignment and cadence. Our saved training playlist has one imported list and Alex assigned. Preview requires the Agent to review a contact before calling. Readiness shows the configuration is ready, while eligible inventory can change with reservations, dispositions, and calling hours. A readiness score is not a guarantee of completed phone provisioning.
