In the Agent Command Center, select the training campaign and Start Preview Session. Review Next Lead loads Jordan’s fictional contact record. Check the company, location, time zone, and customer details before choosing to call. These fictional numbers are never dialed. The separate authorized phone test established two-way audio; this screen capture demonstrates the lead-review workflow.
