Video Scope & Written Companion

Recorded October 1, 2026. This recording shows existing Agent setup and simulated outcomes. The edit uses selected form views and fresh narrated close-ups to keep controls readable and the service notification out of frame. Incoming calling remains unverified; configuration has continued since filming. It does not demonstrate every feature or a new live call. Written How-To Guides

Start with the task you want to complete. Available controls depend on your role and company configuration.

Getting StartedSign In to Your Company Workspace
  1. Open the private workspace URL supplied by Nevada Empire. The public demo is only a preview.
  2. Use the username and initial password issued by your administrator. Keep credentials out of screen recordings.
  3. Confirm your company name and assigned role before opening customer records. Ask your administrator to resolve incorrect access.
Team & AccessAdd an Agent and Assign a Role
  1. Open Team & Access, then Account Access. Create a named role and select only the access points that person needs. Save the role.
  2. In Add an Agent, enter the employee details, choose the saved role, and select an available phone extension. If none is available, request another extension before continuing.
  3. Save the Agent and verify their role assignment. Deliver credentials securely, then confirm the Agent can sign in. Reissuing credentials may invalidate previously issued temporary passwords.
CallingPrepare Your Phone System
  1. Have your administrator provision the carrier connection, company numbers, and individual Agent extensions. Keep carrier API keys in managed secrets.
  2. Review caller ID, calling hours, campaign dialing mode, and any inbound routing with your implementation contact.
  3. Register the Agent browser phone and allow microphone access. Place an authorized test call and verify ringing and audio in both directions.
  4. Confirm general outbound and inbound routes before customer use. A successful call to one test destination does not verify all routing. Number management, SMS, queues, IVR, and forwarding require their own setup and acceptance tests.
Lead ManagementUpload and Check Leads
  1. Prepare a CSV with a header row and consistent phone, name, and source fields. Use fictional records for training; never call fictional numbers.
  2. Open the lead upload workflow and select the intended company, campaign, and list. Upload the CSV and map its columns to the displayed fields.
  3. Review invalid records, duplicates, screening results, and required DNC or authorization confirmations. Resolve issues before confirming the import.
  4. Check the final counts and inspect sample records. Do not interpret a successful import as permission to contact every record.
Lead ManagementCreate a Playlist
  1. Open Playlist Creator and give the playlist a clear name. Select the intended campaign lists and eligible contact criteria.
  2. Choose the ordering and campaign settings supported by your installation. Save the playlist.
  3. Reopen it and verify the saved source lists, eligibility count, and assigned Agents before starting a session.
CallingStart a Preview Campaign
  1. Confirm your Agent, phone registration, campaign, list, calling window, and eligible leads are ready.
  2. Select the saved campaign and Preview mode. Review the next contact and approved script before placing an authorized call.
  3. Finish the call and select the accurate outcome before advancing. Use training records only for simulated outcomes.
  4. End Preview or stop the session when finished. The training video demonstrates simulated outcomes, not a new live customer call.
Team & AccessAdd Products, Services, and Scripts
  1. Open Products & Scripts in Team & Access. Enter the product or service name and approved details.
  2. Add the script name and approved script content. Assign it to all Agents or selected Agents as appropriate.
  3. Save, then verify that the intended Agent can see the correct current product and script.
ReportingReview Campaign Results
  1. Open the reporting or ROI workspace and choose the available company, campaign, and date filters. Refresh the report.
  2. Compare imported lead counts, calls, outcomes, costs, and revenue against the underlying activity.
  3. Separate simulated training outcomes from actual calls and sales. When cost or revenue data is absent, do not treat a zero or undefined ROI as measured performance.
EmpireSyncPlan Your EmpireSync Setup
  1. Open the company onboarding planner and select your industry. Review the EmpireSync information, then choose whether to include it in your plan.
  2. Enter your company setup details and review the generated checklist. Save it on your device or download the plan.
  3. Contact Nevada Empire to review the plan and arrange provisioning. Saving the planner does not purchase, activate, or connect EmpireSync.

What Is Distinct About the EmpireOS Offer?

Competitors provide their own integrations, security, and business features. We do not mark equivalent capabilities or private deployment as “missing” without confirmation. EmpireOS is not the least expensive software-only option at every team size; compare the complete bundle and final quote.
