YOUR NUMBER IS PART OF YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION
Help people recognize
who’s calling.
Manage your company’s number reputation and request a verified calling identity from one place in EmpireOS.
OPTIONAL IN EITHER EDITION
DID Reputation Manager
A DID is a phone number assigned to your company. Outbound calls use a number as caller ID; receiving networks and their analytics services may attach a reputation label to it.
Add the service at any time under Administration → Telephone Services. Activation follows company verification, provider approval, number assignment, and billing setup. Live checks currently require eligible Telnyx numbers; monitoring for Twilio numbers requires a separate provider review. The $200 monthly service is separate from either EmpireOS edition.
Register your numbers.
Save your company, setup contact, and the numbers you own or are authorized to use. Request activation and review the published service rates.
Check the reputation.
Once active, choose a verified number and confirm a $0.25 fresh check. Results show the source, risk level, and time. Opening or refreshing the dashboard only loads saved results.
Act on the result.
Medium or high risk creates a dashboard alert. With company email configured and your consent, an alert also goes to your nominated email address. Acknowledge the alert and request review when needed.
What does the recipient see?
The integrated check reports Hiya reputation data through Telnyx. It is a dated provider result, not a live view of every recipient’s screen. Other networks and devices can display different labels. An unknown result stays unknown.
For a specific “Spam Likely” report, record the calling number, receiving carrier, date, time, and exact label. A recipient screenshot can help your support team investigate.
Provider reputation documentation ↗Who gets notified?
Your company’s administrators see recorded alerts. The email address you authorize receives an alert after a completed check reports medium or high risk, when company email delivery is configured.
Checks are manually requested. There is no continuous scan implied by a saved result. Carrier review requests are prepared for your implementation team; they are not automatically sent.
BRANDED CALLER ID
A verified identity.
A more recognizable call.
Branded calling can present your approved business name and, where supported, a logo or call reason. It is separate from a traditional caller-name listing (CNAM) and from reputation scoring.
Get your brand ready.
- Save your legal company name, website, contact, display name, logo link, and call reason in Telephone Services.
- Request branded caller ID setup. Your implementation team reviews ownership and gathers any remaining verification details.
- Approve the quoted charges. The provider reviews your Enterprise profile, Display Identity Record, and eligible numbers.
- After approval, the verified identity can accompany calls from those numbers through the configured calling connection.
Caller ID Branding is $149/month for up to 100 DIDs. More than 100 DIDs requires a quote. Provider eligibility and brand approval are required.
Know where it can appear.
Telnyx currently documents US-to-US branded calling to T-Mobile and Verizon mobile numbers. Display depends on the receiving network, device, and call path, and is not guaranteed on every call.
Branding does not remove a spam label. Reputation reviews and calling practices still matter.
Telnyx branded calling setup & coverage ↗WHEN A NUMBER NEEDS ATTENTION
Review first. Choose the next step.
Save a reputation review or replacement request in Telephone Services. The $1.50 replacement price is confirmed when requested; availability, any ongoing number charges, and the changeover are reviewed before fulfillment. An old number is not automatically released.
Send a correction to the right place.
Your team can collect the evidence and use the relevant provider review channel. The receiving network or analytics provider decides whether to change a label.
Your company keeps control.
Reputation alerts inform your team. They do not stop the dialer, change campaign caller IDs, release numbers, or interrupt customer operations. A replacement or routing change requires your company’s approval.
Open the administrator module →Provider information checked September 11, 2026. Availability and review requirements can change.
